Clean, quiet, cozy in law unit for rent in a very quiet and safe neighborhood with own bathroom and separate entrance. Very close to all amenities, public transportation, Bay Fair Bart Station, 580/880, Chabot College & CSEB. No pets, smoking, partying, drugs & overnight guests. Minimum amount of cooking is preferred.
The rent is $750 including water, electricity, garbage, & wi-fi internet. 6 month minimum stay is required, and it's month-to-month thereafter. $750 security deposit is required and applicant with proof of income/funds will be prioritized.
