close to CLU, house type, a room $650/近CLU,找室友

Hello,

There is a house, the owner lives his garage; he has three rooms waiting for new renter.
One just want to rent months from the end of Nov to Feb 10
Another one is for long term renting.
Sharing bathroom, kitchen, garden.
Rent is $650 including everything without cleaning house.
It is close CLU or ELS 5 mins by car.

Another roommate is me which means I am finding my roommates!!
Oh,remind you... I am not the babysitter.. that meaning I can help you sometime when I am free.
I am busy and lazy... I stay my room all time unless eating or going to school.
I hope my roommates who like studying more than be party guys, quiet, and enjoy regular life.

I do think I can find the good roommate when I write these ...
I am not draw a beautiful dream to freshmen.. Just telling the truth.
