【請教】F1身分可以跟公民合夥開公司嗎

請問一下
有沒有人知道 F1身分是否可以開公司?
手續如何?
如果跟公民合夥 是否會比較簡單?

F1規定不能從事任何商業活動吧...連校外打工都是非法的喔...
如果開公司涉及資金往來,IRS很快就會查到(因為稅的問題)...所以,最好找
其他人掛名,不需要公民,綠卡就夠囉..詳細的還是找律師談吧!:biggrin:

Few weeks ago someone asked me the same question in NC state.  I ask my CPA friend in NYC and he said all you need is SSN and mailing address (not P. O. Box) so therefore there is no status confusion.  You can even get your company application on line for some states and just file via your state!!!  Or if you are lazy and you can just HIRE CPA not LAWYER....hey he is CPA so I believe what he said is correct loh!  Any question...welcome to email me.  Some of you may get my phone # on site, my phone will be changed so if you call...I will let you know later!

F-1可以註冊公司，但不能領薪水喔，也不能幫自己辦H-1

Actually for someone with a F1 can't start a business alone.  However if the partner is a resident or citizen, then a company can be established.  If company is being set up in CA or any other state, just need to file the company with the secretary of state (assuming it's a corporation, LLC or Limted Partnership).  File for a EIN number with the IRS (can be done online in 2 minutes).  Once the entity is established, all you need is to set up a bank account.   希望以上資料有幫助。如果可以幫的上忙可以email 我
