以下是關於滑雪行程及注意事項

日期:11/26 ~11/27 兩天一夜

集合時間:11/26 7:00AM

集合地點: Golden Gate Unive. 536 Mission Street San Francisco, CA 94105-2968


11/26   路徑是 7:00集合  Golden Gate University
536 Mission Street
San Francisco, CA 94105-2968



     

           7:30 開車去  糖果工廠   1 Jelly Belly LN, FAIRFIELD, CA 94533   

           9:00到達  糖果工廠  

          10:45集合                        

          11:00出發去South Lake Tahoe  Zephyr Cove, NV89448  

                                         Zephyr Cove Resort and Marina
                                        Highway 50 at Zephyr Cove
                                        Nevada 89448 U.S.A.

           2:30 抵達搭觀景遊艇Cruisin

           3:30 開船~ 5:30     (不搭遊艇的人  搭觀景纜車)

          5:30出發去Reno 的hotel Golden Phoenix hotel 255 N, Sierra street  Reno, NV

         7:00 抵達hotel check in   分發房間  之後自由活動

                晚上各自在Reno最熱鬧的downtown逛街  玩Circus Circus

                也可各自晚上賭博  Casino     



11/27 6:00AM morning call

7:00AM Check Out Hotel

7:15AM集合  出發去  Boreal 滑雪場

  9:00AM  抵達  開始準備裝備

          10:15開始上 beginner lesson  將近一小時

          中午各自吃飯

          3:00pm 集合

      

         3:30開車去   Golden Gate University
                              536 Mission Street
                             San Francisco, CA 94105-2968

         8:00pm 到家

  

以下是關於要帶的東西   



Below is a list of some first ride essentials:  (滑雪場提供資訊)



·  Sunscreen / chapstick

·  Waterproof jacket

·  Waterproof pants

·  Layers

·  Sun glasses

·  Goggles

·  Waterproof Gloves

·  Wool hat

·  Long underwear

·  Change of clothes




以下是要同學們準備的東西:(我們建議的)


防水雪衣, 防水雪褲

防水手套(casgo有賣),圍巾,乳液護脣膏(會乾裂)

運動鞋(不要穿帆布鞋)

硬幣(租置物櫃用)

個人盥洗用具衣物

準備約100元現金支付坐船,或纜車,晚餐,早餐,雜項小費及Quarters等支出

防水手套

防曬油

毛帽

兩雙厚襪子 (防止腳磨破皮)

羽毛衣獲厚外套

球鞋,最好能防濕

太陽眼鏡或是滑雪鏡

圍巾

耳罩

OK繃

乳液護脣膏(天氣乾冷一定要帶)

巧克力

附註:滑雪場提供置物櫃,但是請各位注意自己



另外再依個人的習慣加一些建議上去：
>
> 1) 隨身小瓶礦泉水、energy bar
> 2) 無線電對講機
> 3) 防凍傷用護唇膏、面霜
> 4) 厚的運動襪（嚴禁著絲襪）
>
> 活動的注意事項：
> 1) 不要穿皮鞋或高跟鞋之類的去滑雪場，至少要換著高抓力運動鞋或野外活動靴。
> 2) 不要一個人行動。
> 3) 滑雪是出汗量很大的運動，小心溫差變化而著涼。
> 4) 隨時評估體能狀況，該休息就休息。
> 5) 在滑雪場上需隨時注意前後左右可能的衝撞。
> 6) 如果一定要背相機的話，以單持持用可塞入口袋的迷你相機為佳。
> 7) 進出滑雪場休息室（內、外）前，相機都必需塞進自己大衣中。



滑雪場的注意事項:

為顧及大家的安全請細讀並遵守以下規定:

Only sled provided by Boreal may be used, no personal are allowed.
No sledding chains or trains allowed.
Please only walk between the sled lanes, not in the runs.
Do not go above the cut ban, start from the level platform runs.
Exit the bottom of the sled lane to the walking lane as soon as possible.
Do not start sleeding until the sled lane is clear from other people.
For everybody safety, please no throwing snowballs.
Unacceptable behavior will not be tolerated, and you will be asked to leave if you do not obey the rules
You mast have a sledding ticket attached properly to your clothing to use the sled lanes.
禁止丟石頭, 禁止丟雪球
禁止站滑雪道中央

另外提醒一點

記得帶可識別的  照片身分ID
