Melbourne TSA or TAA

My nephew from Taiwan as a chef planned to travel there for a year.  Does anyone from there?  My family in Taiwan has requested me to find resources for them before they leave in May.  He and his gf are both chefs will plan to live there for a year.   I used to know so many people from old time bbs from the region.  I have not been contacted with them after all chatroom closed.   Please let me know if any Taiwanese students or families live those places.  Thanks so much for your assistance.
