Responsibilities:
• Greet visitors in a welcoming manner
• Answer, screen and direct incoming phone calls
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
• Maintain appearance and presentation of office space
• Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events
• provides assistance to individuals by responding to routine questions
• Other administrative duties such as filing, ordering business cards, composing emails, memos, etc.
• Performs other related clerical duties as required or deemed necessary.
Qualifications:
• Associate Degree with 1 years applicable work experience in administrative support
• Proficient in English (reading, speaking, and writing) and Mandarin Chinese (reading and speaking) preferred
• Must have legal authorization to work in the US
