We are looking for someone who wants to take over our lease. we have been lived in this apartment only for 8 months, and our lease is valid until July 31th 2015.
We are neat and clean, so we keep everything in good condition. if you like to see the apartment, please contact me to schedule.
Our unit is very close to community's pool, and gym.
The Apartment is closed to West Covina Mall, DMV, Post-Office, Library, Yogurtland, HongKong Plaza, and Easy assess to I-10.
Laundry is in the unit, so you don't have to share with others.
The management is very nice and effective, they fix everything right away.
The Refrigerator is only 8 months old
You have one Assigned Covered Parking, but there are plenty parking space in side of the security Gate as well as out side of the gate.
it is totally ok for parking over night on outside, so you don't have to worry that your friends cannot find parking when they visit you.
Dogs and Cats are allowed, but we don't have any.
The monthly Rent is $1565, Security Deposit is $500 based on your Credit. We will like to offer $300 deposit to you.
The apartment will be ready to move in on October 25th, and we paid the entire October. We can discuss if you need to move in early
