難怪我買不起房
灣區生活成本全國最高眾所周知,但到底收入要多高才能住得起灣區?房貸追蹤網站HSH.com統計,要在舊金山購買中間價位的房產,最低年收入須13萬7129元,較全國必須收入最低的五個都會區域高出四倍。
購房必須收入全國最低的都會區為克利夫蘭,2萬9000元年收入便有能力負擔中間價位房產。其次為匹茲堡(3萬元)、聖路易與辛辛那提(3萬1000元)、底特律(3萬2000元)。舊金山灣區在最難負擔的27個區域中名列第一,購房必須年收入較第二位的聖地牙哥(9萬8000元)高出4萬元。第三至第五是紐約、洛杉磯與波士頓,購房必須年收入至少8萬元。換言之,有能力在舊金山買房的人,可以在聖地牙哥買一棟房,再去大湖區買一棟,還有餘錢。
HSH.com的數據利用全國房地產經紀人協會統計的區域房產銷售中間價,以及網站自行統計的30年固定利率分析所得。
