Job description
• 1st level computer, system, application, multi-media conference and
trade show support (extended hours if necessary)
• Computer hardware/software installation/ configuration and
troubleshooting.
• Field/Mobile users connection and troubleshooting support
• Log, track and follow-up with internal customers for solutions and
satisfaction.
• Computer management
• Documentation update
Education Requirements - Bachelor degree. Computer Science / MIS
related major
Experience Requirements
• Hands on experience in PC/laptop installation/configuration in
Microsoft OS environment
• A quick learner for new environment
• Customer service oriented
• Team player
• Attention to detail
• Professional communication skill is a must
• Mandarin speaking is a plus
