加州使用其他州駕照期限????

請問使用其他州駕照買車 & 駕駛, Ca. DMV 是否有期限規定???

New Residents                                                
When you become a resident and you want to drive in California, you must apply for a California driver license within 10 days.
Residencyis established by: voting in California elections; paying residenttuition at a California college or university; filing for a homeowner’s property tax exemption; obtaining a license; or receiving anyother privilege or benefit not ordinarily extended to nonresidents.

Adults Visiting California
Visitors over 18 years old with a valid driver license from their home state orcountry may drive in California without getting a driver license as long as their home state license remains valid.

意思是說只要是訪客,就可以一直用到原本駕照到期為止;
而一旦成為居民的話,只有10天期限.
是這樣吧?

Thanks for reply. I have attended the CA. driver license written test and passed; meanwhile, I have purchased the new vehicle here.

I appreciate the board, it really give me big help. I am greatful to have the concern from the Administer.
