I went to Traffic School last Saturday from 8:30 to 5 and here are some of the updates that I'd like to share with commuters so that you won't pay Uncle Sam anymore or spent a beautiful day for a boring lecture.

1. Carpool lane - 1st time $1068.50 starting 1/1/06 (NOT $271, posts on the highway are old). Don't do it again because 2nd time is going to be double. 3rd time triple, and 4th time license suspended.
5 b! G8 _8 u$ z; R4 |2. Incorrect lane change $380. Don't cross lane on solid lanes or intersection
3 w( B* }/ h: O3 U3. Block intersection - $485 / }2 E5 `% C9 F& b1 w# x7 A7 V* h
4. Driving on the shoulder - $450 / d: f! O& m7 y0 C
5. Cell phone on the construction zone. - Double fine 6 l, E7 g& W6 m, z/ \9 D a2 k
6. Passengers over 18 not on the seatbelts - both passengers and drivers get ticket ! M$ M& V8 }' I6 V/ I, ]& Y
7. Speeders can only drive 3 miles above the limit. A classmate drive 71 MPH on 280 and got ticket. : q4 g1 M1 U. x7 F# U
8. DUI = JAIL 2 W% e, I' Y6 F- L/ R

Just for your curiosity, I got the ticket because of rolling stop at the Stop sign where cops were hiding behind a bridge.
