Annual ITASA Awards

Dear Taiwanese American Student Associations,

The Intercollegiate Taiwanese American Students Association (ITASA) is proud to announce the 2004-2005 National and Regional Awards program that seeks to recognize outstanding Taiwanese American student organizations as well as individuals who have contributed to the Taiwanese American community.  Other categories that are open to nomination include "Best Video," "Best Project," "Best TASA Website," and "Best New TASA."  Winners of these awards will be recognized at the annual ITASA conference to be held at the University of Southern California on April 8th-April 10th.  

Nomination forms may be found online at www.itasa.org.  Online submissions are accepted and encouraged.  More information about the ITASA awards program as well as rules and regulations can be found in the attached .pdf file.   Deadline for submitting nomination forms is February 10th, 2005.   Feel free to contact me for any questions concerning the nomination process at jonathan.hwang@itasa.org.  

I encourage all those who are interested to apply.  This is a great opportunity for your hard work and commitment to the Taiwanese American community to be recognized.  Feel free to nominate organizations/individuals, other than yourself, that you think deserve recognition.
