As for me, I recently move to this area from Napa for my new job. I have a 5 year fixed Bichon Frise (20 lbs), Lulu, who I love the most. My dog is white and do not shed, therefore, there won't be dog hair flying around the house. I am a quiet, easygoing and simple person, like to keep my place clean, love animal, enjoy outdoors activities, dancing and water sports, such as swimming, kayaking, rafting, especially scuba diving. I usually bring Lulu with me almost everywhere, we enjoy jogging in the late afternoon or hiking on Saturday with group of hikers with dogs. I enjoy quiet environment during weekday after work. I am social in general, occasional guests might come for dinner and good wine.
For you, I am looking for a responsible working professional who enjoy live in a clean & laid back environment. Must like dog because Lulu is considered our housemate, too. Help out to keep the common area clean, respect others and clean after yourself. No excess noise before 9am and after 10pm. Occasional guest is ok, need to be informed advance. Prefer non-smokers.
The room is available immediately. If interested, please email me and describe a bit of yourself and schedule for viewing.
