I have a room for rent in Sunnyvale. It is conveniently located close to 101 and 237 N. Fair Oaks exit.
This is a 6 year new townhouse.
The room has its own bathroom (attached), and a HUGE closet.
Room is available starting Feb 20.
Other tenants are female, so female is preferred.

Rent: $750/month
Full access to kitchen and living area, but you must clean after yourself if you cook.
No regular overnight guests, once in a while visitors is fine.
Electricity and internet not included (expenses shared between all roommates). (Water included)
Garage parking is not included, but available for rent for an additional $50/month.
Room is available Feb 20.
$200 deposit
Prefer minimum 6 month lease, month-by-month after initial 6 months.
Short term leases negotiable.
