If one has no working visa, can he/she work there?

Yeah, H-1 visa, that is the point!!

   We don't support H-1 Visa at this moment since we are looking for part-time and internship student.

But...if they don't have working visa or OPT, how can they work there, even if it's part-time? Isn't it illegal?

Students can do internship legally before they get out of campus.
People with green cards or above can do part time job legally.

國際學生(with F-1 Visa)也可以嗎??
