Job Purpose:
Perform a wide variety of duties to support customer needs including taking orders, sort warehouse, and ship product. The incumbent must be able to communicate professionally and effectively with various departments, sales managers.
Job Type:
•Part Time
3- 4 hours/day
Wage: $8/hour
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Expedite package
• Resolve order discrepancies
• Respond to Customer inquiries in a timely manner
• Proactively work to anticipate and resolve potential customer issues- exercise judgment in problem solving
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
• College or University degree preferred
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Strong work ethic
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Team player as well as individual contributor
• Willing to take initiative in all areas of responsibility
• Must be a self-starter
